Transport Master Plans
For communities, masterplans and freezones, a Transport Master Plan sets the road network, access hierarchy and transport strategy for the whole development — including framework TMPs that every later plot study inherits.
How we do it

Transport Impact Studies
A Transport Impact Study answers one question for the authority: what does this development do to the surrounding network, and how is that mitigated? We scope it to the scale — from a single plot to a district.

Trip generation to the current Abu Dhabi rates, distribution and assignment, junction and access analysis, and a mitigation strategy — structured to the ADG-039-2024 guidelines from the first page.

Transport Modelling
Macro transport modelling is where a study earns its credibility. We run STEAM assignment and take a study through the full model-report cycle the authority expects.

Network and zone coding, demand development, assignment and validation, then the Model Methodology and Model Findings reports (MMR/MFR). Scenario testing across the 2030 opening and 2040 horizon years.

Junction Analysis & Design

Infrastructure Plans
Some projects are not developments at all — they are the roads themselves. Where new infrastructure changes how traffic distributes across the network, ITC assesses it as a Strategic Transport Infrastructure Plan or a Transport Infrastructure Plan.
How we do it
Strategic assessment of how a corridor or interchange redistributes demand across the wider network, alignment and interchange form, capacity and weaving checks, staging of delivery, and — where the scheme is constrained — microsimulation to compare options on operational measures rather than capacity formulae.

Parking & Circulation
Parking demand and circulation design decide whether a building works on day one. We size it to the rates and draw it to the submission standard.

Parking demand to the current Trip Generation & Parking Rates Manual, then layout, ramp grades, aisle and bay geometry, drop-off and internal circulation — drawn to ADM and ITC standards.
